I've been fascinated by business and loved working with my hands ever since I was a small boy here in the Berkshires. Always being "hands on," I learned the construction business by actually doing the work - from budgets to basements...windows to woodwork, planning to painting, calking to concrete, blueprints to balusters, material to molding. I learned early on that true craftsmanship requires close attention to the details.
My success as a leading regional contractor is based on a commitment to teamwork and a sincere desire to help my clients achieve their dreams.
I set company-wide goals, process and direction. Because I believe every building project is important, this attitude pervades all levels of the company. I expect all the details to be perfect.

Using the same winning combination of attention to detail, outstanding architecture and consistent client communication that I employ in turn-key, custom home building, I have expanded the company's services to include pre-construction, construction management, and general contracting. Just as RDL Enterprise Homes of Distinction had become the premier custom home builder, RDL Project Management and Supervision has raised the bar to a higher level for completed, quality construction services.
My wife Sandra is part of the RDL team bringing more than 20 years of corporate experience to management as the business administrator. She oversees the organization and integration of company-wide office activities. Because Sandra also has a thorough practical knowledge of the construction process, she is a bulwark of support to me and the office staff. My wife is also involved in client contact and contract administration, pre-construction services, and project start-up and close-out.
Sandra and I bring our core values to the management of our corporation. We believe in having God's Word guide us in our decisions. Our ethics and mission to develop positive relationships with others is an extension of our personal relationship with God. Open, honest, and frequent communication with our team, clients, and business connections flows naturally from these key values as does our insistence on quality rather than quantity.
We bring a spirited enthusiasm and an up-front, no-nonsense honesty to every project. We love being involved in every stage of planning and construction.
