As a Construction Manager we are closely involved in the planning and design phase typically joining the project at the same time as the architect. We reduce costs by providing input on construct ability, budget, and schedule.

On-site Supervision Keeps the Work on Specifications and on Schedule

Being on site during the construction phase, we monitor work to assure compliance with specifications and schedules. We also act as a liaison to the owner providing the on-going status of the project.
